Hoists incorporating the latest generation of super silent hydraulics have now been added to the J.D. Neuhaus range of high-performance lifting and handling equipment. In both their Profi and EH monorail hoist ranges, units providing 75t and 100t lift capacities have been added. Where heavy loads are lifted and transported in highly restricted spaces with only minimum headroom, then a JDN ultra-low monorail hydraulic hoist range has been introduced, initially available with 50t and 100t lift capacities, designated as JDN UH 50-H and JDN UH 100-H. All these new lifting products can be deployed as viable alternatives to air-driven equipment in locations where hydraulic lines, control hydraulic systems or hydraulic aggregates form part of an existing power set-up available at a proposed location site.
An already existing Profi range of hydraulic powered hoists covering lift capacities from 3t to 50t is now completed with the latest units designated as Profi 75 Ti-H and Profi 100 Ti-H. These products feature top hook suspension, but can be operated as rail-mounted units providing lateral load movements when incorporated with powered trolley units. The EH range of hydraulic monorail hoists providing lift capacities from 20t to 50t now also includes the new JDN EH 75-H and EH 100-H designated products.
These new hoists are all available with immediate effect and operate at intake oil pressures from 130bar to 180bar (depending on type/capacity), with leakage oil drained internally and all products incorporating a safety-rated protection classification of EX II 2 GD IIA T4 / II 3 GD IIB T4. They offer safe operation within a wide range of medium to heavy-duty industries, while providing explosion-protection for hoists working in potentially hazardous or explosive atmospheres. Higher safety classification ratings can also be accommodated on request. Only two P & T oil supply connections are required per hoist, with the encapsulated, highly robust gear motor also being hermetically sealed-off from the environment. The hoists are also insensitive to humidity, dust and temperatures from -20°C up to 70°C, with hydraulic hoists also available that are suitable for cryogenic applications down to -45°C.
Integrated overload protection is incorporated as standard, with limit switches available for the load lift and travel movements.
